Description
Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a delightful dessert combining creamy pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
- 2 cups cold milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 3 ripe bananas, sliced
- 1 package (8.8 oz) Biscoff cookies
- ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
- Additional Biscoff cookies for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
- In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
- In a trifle dish or individual serving glasses, start by placing a layer of Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
- Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies, smoothing it out evenly.
- Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
- Continue layering with more Biscoff cookies, pudding, and bananas until you reach the top of your dish, ending with the pudding layer.
- Generously drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer of pudding.
- Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften slightly.
- Before serving, crush a few Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for added texture and flavor.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
- Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
- Chilling overnight enhances the flavors.
