Description

Biscoff Banana Pudding with Caramel is a delightful dessert combining creamy pudding, ripe bananas, and crunchy Biscoff cookies.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (3.4 oz) instant vanilla pudding mix
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 package (8.8 oz) Biscoff cookies
  • ½ cup caramel sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Additional Biscoff cookies for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the instant vanilla pudding mix and cold milk until smooth. Let it sit for 5 minutes to thicken.
  2. In another bowl, beat the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form. Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
  3. Gently fold the whipped cream into the pudding mixture until fully incorporated.
  4. In a trifle dish or individual serving glasses, start by placing a layer of Biscoff cookies at the bottom.
  5. Spoon a layer of the pudding mixture over the cookies, smoothing it out evenly.
  6. Place a layer of sliced bananas on top of the pudding.
  7. Continue layering with more Biscoff cookies, pudding, and bananas until you reach the top of your dish, ending with the pudding layer.
  8. Generously drizzle caramel sauce over the top layer of pudding.
  9. Cover the dessert and refrigerate for at least 4 hours (or overnight) to allow the flavors to meld and the cookies to soften slightly.
  10. Before serving, crush a few Biscoff cookies and sprinkle them on top for added texture and flavor.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less powdered sugar.
  • Use ripe bananas for the best flavor.
  • Chilling overnight enhances the flavors.
