  • 1 oz Gin (a London dry gin is ideal for balance)
  • 2/3 oz Cocchi Americano Bianco (enhances complexity and depth)
  • 1/3 oz Chu Yeh Ching Baijiu (authentic flavors are key)
  • 1 cup Ice (essential for chilling)
  • Bamboo Leaf (optional garnish)

Instructions

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice.
  2. Measure and add the Osmanthus aged wine, gin, Cocchi Americano Bianco, and Chu Yeh Ching Baijiu into the shaker.
  3. Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
