- 1/3 oz Chu Yeh Ching Baijiu (authentic flavors are key)
- 1 cup Ice (essential for chilling)
- Bamboo Leaf (optional garnish)
Instructions
- Fill a cocktail shaker generously with ice.
- Measure and add the Osmanthus aged wine, gin, Cocchi Americano Bianco, and Chu Yeh Ching Baijiu into the shaker.
- Shake well until the mixture is chilled, about 15-20 seconds.
- Strain the cocktail into a chilled cocktail glass.
