Description

A vibrant and nutritious detox drink made with beetroot and chia seeds, perfect for a quick morning boost.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 medium beet (150200 g)
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 cup water (or coconut water)
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Gather all ingredients and tools.
  2. Peel and chop the beetroot into cubes or grate it.
  3. Extract beet juice using a blender or juicer.
  4. In a jar, mix chia seeds with water and let them soak for 10–15 minutes.
  5. Combine beet juice with soaked chia, and balance with lemon and honey to taste.
  6. Chill for 10–30 minutes before serving.
  7. Serve with garnish if desired.

Notes

Start with a milder beet-to-water ratio if new to beet flavors. Use cold ingredients for immediate chill.
