- 1/2–3/4 cup milk or plant milk
- 1 small apple (grated or sliced)
- 1/2–1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1–2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds

- Optional: 1 teaspoon maple syrup for sweetness
Instructions
- In a jar, combine oats and liquid (1/2 cup oats to 1/2-3/4 cup liquid).
- Prep the apple by grating or slicing it.
- Add cinnamon and optional sweetener to the oats and mix.
- Layer the oats mixture, apples, and seeds/nuts in the jar.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight or for at least 3-4 hours.
- In the morning, top with additional apples, nuts, and spices before serving.
