Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Combine the almond flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
- Add the large egg and olive oil, stirring until the mixture resembles wet sand.
- Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
- Score the dough into squares with a knife.
- Transfer the scored dough to the lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
- Cool the crackers completely on the tray after baking.
- Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
