Ingredients

  • 2 cups Almond Flour (gluten-free base)
  • 1 teaspoon Salt (enhances flavor)
  • 1 large Egg (binding agent)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (provides moisture)
  • to taste Optional Herbs/Spices (garlic powder, rosemary, etc.)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Combine the almond flour and salt in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the large egg and olive oil, stirring until the mixture resembles wet sand.
  4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch thick.
  5. Score the dough into squares with a knife.
  6. Transfer the scored dough to the lined baking tray and bake for 10-15 minutes.
  7. Cool the crackers completely on the tray after baking.
  8. Store them in an airtight container at room temperature.
