Description

A quick and healthy recipe for crispy mixed vegetables made in the air fryer.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, carrots, zucchini)
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
