Ingredients

  • 4 chicken cutlets or thin breasts
  • 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste
  • Olive oil spray

Instructions

  1. Trim and pound chicken to even 1/2-inch thickness.
  2. Set up dredging stations: one with flour and salt, one with beaten egg, and one with panko breadcrumbs mixed with Parmesan, garlic powder, and pepper.
  3. Dredge each chicken piece first in flour, then dip in egg, and finally press into the panko mixture until well coated.
