Easy Air Fryer Egg Toast is a quick, crispy, and protein-packed meal that works perfectly for breakfast, dinner, or meal prep.
Ingredients

- 2 slices bread (whole grain, sourdough, keto, or gluten-free)
- 2 large eggs
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- Butter or cooking spray
- Optional toppings: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, spinach, turkey bacon, avocado, hot sauce
Instructions
- Set to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly butter or spray one side of each slice.
- Press the center of the bread with a spoon or small glass.
- Crack one egg into each bread well carefully.
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and desired toppings.
- Cook for 7–9 minutes until egg whites are set and yolk is cooked to preference.
- Remove with tongs, cool slightly, and enjoy.
