Description

Easy Air Fryer Egg Toast is a quick, crispy, and protein-packed meal that works perfectly for breakfast, dinner, or meal prep.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices bread (whole grain, sourdough, keto, or gluten-free)
  • 2 large eggs
  • Salt and black pepper, to taste
  • Butter or cooking spray
  • Optional toppings: shredded cheese, diced tomatoes, spinach, turkey bacon, avocado, hot sauce

Instructions

  1. Set to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly butter or spray one side of each slice.
  3. Press the center of the bread with a spoon or small glass.
  4. Crack one egg into each bread well carefully.
  5. Sprinkle with salt, pepper, and desired toppings.
  6. Cook for 7–9 minutes until egg whites are set and yolk is cooked to preference.
  7. Remove with tongs, cool slightly, and enjoy.
