Instructions
- Pat chicken fillets dry with paper towels. Pound thicker parts to an even thickness (about ¾ inch).
- Season or quick brine the chicken fillets.
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Arrange the chicken fillets in the air fryer basket in a single layer and cook for 12–15 minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Check that internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C) and let rest for 5–7 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra flavor, consider brining the chicken fillets for 15–30 minutes and experimenting with different seasonings.
