Instructions
- Prep the Squash: Peel the butternut squash and slice it into thin, uniform fries.
- Coating: Dust the fries with corn starch or tapioca flour, then toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
- Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
- Air Fry: Cook fries for 15 minutes, shaking the basket every 5 minutes.
- Prepare Aioli: Mix mayonnaise, lemon juice, minced garlic, thyme, onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper until smooth.
