  • 1/2 teaspoon Thyme (fresh or dried)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika

Instructions

  1. Prep the Squash: Peel the butternut squash and slice it into thin, uniform fries.
  2. Coating: Dust the fries with corn starch or tapioca flour, then toss with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  3. Preheat Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 400°F for 3-5 minutes.
